What thickness is that metal plate that was added to the lower arm for the bumpstop to strike?

Great work.

sooo there is only 2 bolts that hold the factory spindle to that lower uniball (or even the factory ball joint)? that looks kind of scary... especially when the uniball is offset from those 2 bolt holes. should be interesting to see how these trucks hold up.

Sucks on compression though the arm wants to pull your ball joint right out of it's socket, then there's the rear mounted steering arm, oh and crappy top portion of the spindle. Oh well, all these trucks have weak areas. At least most of the frame is boxed on older Tacomas.

Haven't heard of anyone breaking those bolts off the spindle on the new Tacomas yet. Figured it would have happened on the Donahoe FJ by now if it was really that weak.

Guess the Tundra might be a little heavier though... maybe the bolts are bigger than the Tacomas.

I like the design of a removable secondary shock hoop, the double shear on the outer tie rod and those lower arm shock mounts look awesome. The weld on washers/shock boss tubing on the lower arm shock mounts is a cool idea too, might have to borrow that...:p

Can't hide money...but really..no expense was spared here. One quality all around kick ass rig. The fab work is beautiful, the truck is beautiful. Usually I consider 20's to be on the bling side of things but this wheel/tire combo seems to be the real deal. My buddy on here (Fabtechoma) has KMC 20s and the toyo MT and they are not just for show, they also perform very well offroad. One thing Im interested to see is how well it acually PRERUNS(not the lightest vehicle around)

Guys the 2 bolt thing that Toyota designed is an upgrade to the old 4 little bolt design. The two bolts on the spindle to the uniball or stock ball joint are way stronger than the single pin in the stock ball joint. We raced the 2007 Baja 1000 in our stock full with stock a-arm travel and beat the crap out of the suspension. We made it 1034 mile and was in second place until the engine lost oil and seized MORE INFO ON THE RACE HERE. At one time one of our drivers hit a large pole and bent a lower A-arm and turned a spindle into a pretzle. The two bolts and stock lower ball joint were still used when we replaced the pretzled spindle at mile 425 on the Bay of LA road lol....

Here is a little video of the Nitto Tundra with this same LT kit getting jumped. you can see the shocks did not have enough valving in them so the kit got abused for sure. They did this over and over and every thing looks great, bolts are good, uniball is good, etc and the truck drives straight! although not recommended by Camburg they put the kit to the ultimate test!

As for the fenders.... Glass Works used our race truck rendering to design there fenders. The fenders look good when you step back and look at the whole truck. I am trying to get Glassworks to build a fender like the Orange TRD Tundra... I will get this done!
