I did a search on here, but didn't find any info on the Mickey Thompson Classic III. I'd like to know if these will fit:http://www.ntwonline.com/15X8-6X-5.5-3.625-BS-MT-CLASSIC-III-BLACK.html#.UXR0FMpm7B0

I don't want to do any wheel or caliper "mods" to make a set of wheels fit. Trying to get as close to 4" back space as I can, but it seems a lot of wheels are 3.75 to 3.5. I may just go with my original plan and get a set of 15x8 type B steel from wheelers. I was just trying to save a little weight.

You're going through exactly what I was a while back. I really wouldn't go with any less back spacing than 3.75 as they will stick out too far and rub like hell(not to mention make your truck look like a mini ford bro truck). This thread may be a bit helpful http://www.ttora.com/forum/showthread.php?t=191035. I remember not wanting to get a wheel that was much heaver then stock so I didn't piss through breaks and cause other parts to wear prematurely. Now that I have my 15x8 Mickey Thompson Classic's with 3 5/16" and although they clear the calipers, I have rubbing & vibration(balancing?) issues. The rubbing is because my suspension is on the way out(I'm only running 31's)....that could be the reason for my vibration/shaking at higher speeds as well. In any case, I feel you when trying to make the "right" decision when there are so many factors coming to light and must be taken into consideration. Now that I finally get most of it all, I feel inclined to share whatever info I'm sure about with those who don't so they can have the fog lifted for them as it was done for me.

I doubt anyone knows if they fit. They are new and replaced the classic ii. A few weeks ago I got some of the last classic ii black beads. Order one and test fit. Let us know.

It was your post about your MT classic II's that got me looking at them. It looks like they made them a little lighter, and lowered the load rating by 100lbs. I was hoping someone had already tried them out. I think I'm just going to buy the Wheelers steel and call it good.
