I'm running 1st gen Tundra billy 5100's on my 2000 Tacoma TRD 4x, currently I'm on stock coils, I've been told that if I match them up with the 1st gen Tundra coils I'll get approx 3" of lift in front (equal to Eibachs I figure) Does or has anyone heard this before?

(truck is ex.cab 3.4 auto )

Tundra weighs more... logic would tell you that yes it would give you lift. Tundra's ride like crap FYI. It will probably be pretty stiff driving around town.

Its similar to the guys running LC coils on their 4runners... the LC weighs more so it lifts the 4runner up.

Should it work? Yep, just fine. Is it the rigged way to do something? Yep.

Save up for good springs or coilovers.. You'll be much happier.
