I replaced AF sensor in doing so I broke the lock tab on the harness
Thought of using plastic ties on each male & female then a third tie (connecting them together)

Now trying to replace Oxygen sensor,it has a shield around the studs making it hard to get to.
It's hard to see them with the shield in the way.
I guess it's 12mm ,is there an easy way of reaching the nuts.
Thanks

When I get the new AF sensor, should not be any trouble.
Three tie snaps should do it.

The wire goes up thru the floor. Oxygen sensor
It's under the passenger seat. I hope I can get to
it by removing seat and carpet.

Question: I only got a AF code, truck has 100k on it.
Do I have to replace the Oxygen sensor right away
or can I wait. If so,I guess I'll wait til spring.

The Oxygen sensor with shield on the exhaust pipe is a bear
to remove. I'm almost ready to drop the pipe.

You can usually get at those stud nuts using a 1\4" drive non-deep socket if you put the socket on the nut first and then put the ratchet on so it's enough of the way seated into the socket to turn it but not all the way seated. If you seat it all the way (at least with my sockets) the socket won't go around the nut fully and could strip it.

Use never-cease on them when you put new ones on and use stainless nuts.
