ok, I bought an 83 22re, put it in and when fired it up coolant was spraying out of the #4 exhaust port. Thought I had a bad head. I got the head pressure checked and it came back ok, I reinstalled it with new gasket and got the same problem. Then I got to thinking about a coolant line that I had that I didnt know where it hooked up. It is on the bottom of the top half of the intake. Directly underneath the throttle sensor. Is it possiable that me blocking off this line is forcing the coolant somewhere it isnt supposed to go? I found coolant in the intake when I took it off the head. And where the heck does this hose hook up to that comes from directly underneath the throttle sensor??? I need help!!

Post some picks of where the coolant is and where the hose is. How do you know it was the #4 exhaust? Was the header off when you ran it? I'm confused....
