Are there any shops that will do a turnkey 3.0 to 3.4 swap in the Atlanta area? Meaning source an engine and do everything to make it work? I know there’s this company out in Utah that will do it but I’m trying to avoid having to spend $3000 in shipping but will if for whatever reason no one has that skill set in Georgia.

I couldn't find one to do mine. I couldn't even find a 3.4 to do it myself. It is hard to find those any more, especially in the southeast. I think that engine was last sold in the US in 2004 (someone chime in if I'm wrong please).

I ended up doing a 3.0 to 2.7 (4 cylinder 3RZ). It wasn't an easy swap but has been worth it.

My understanding is that the 3.0 to 3.4 is a fairly easy swap. Most everything is a direct bolt-in with simple wiring modifications. Would that shop in Utah ship everything to you?
