I got bit by the lift bug and ordered the 3" Pro Ultimate 3000 from Toytec which amounts to:
***- 3" Spacers
***- 2" FabTech rear Add-A-Leaf
***- Pro Comp 3000 Series Firm Ride Shocks
***- Diff Drop Kit
I am prepared for a horrific bone jarring ride, but as my truck is not a daily driver who cares. If I expect the ride to be ultra harsh hopefully it won't be so bad.
However I do throw the motorcycle in the back and take 18hour drives to Florida twice a year so I need this truck to be reliable.
Question is: Does the toytec included diff drop drop lower the front diff enough to alleviate any CV boot damage (the truck has ADD, driver too sometimes). Can anyone verify that this setup can go the distance?
