I figured that.

Sorry, I don't think my copper pipe cutter will handle that...hell, it just barely handles K copper.

Jessie & Ian did it w/a angle grinder w/a cutting blade on the show.

P.S. Dont tell 'em what U are cutting because most of those types of cutters are ment for soft copper.

That's a really good write up but how do you know when to stop cutting so that you don't hack through the knuckle?

Jesse & Ian new the thickness of the outer tube and were careful to only cut that deep.

I'm cutting a weld so I'm guessing it would be soft fill metal. Also once you could get it to turn you are through.

I'm still working on it and it's not just a twist.. A complete axle swap to FJ80 front axle.

I know I know but I'm really interested in the twist procedure since I have an xtra front housing (not FJ though) laying around. What's up w/your other axle?
