I try to avoid them like the plague, this does not surprise me.

I can honestly say I have had no BAD dealings with 4wd parts. I have bought some lights from them in the past; all was O.K..... ON the other hand, every time I go there with the intention to buy something, they do not have it in stock!! So, I guess they have saved me from myself.

Keep buying stuff there and it won't be long before you have a bad experience.

I especially like their 'free shipping' deals where they tack on a fat 'handling charge' that just happens to be about what the shipping was. :rolleyes:

Yeah, you also haven't had anything installed there either. I wouldn't let them near my vehicle after the stories I've read.

Why the hell would anyone buy stuff from 4WPW anyway when there are awesome companies to deal with like Summit Racing, PORC, Central 4WD, etc.

Companies like 4WPW haven't figured out that you're supposed to make the customer happy, not fawk them in the ass.

I just bought my new MTRs and Wheels from them, Two things:

They pricematched summit and gave me a no question warrity. They also messed up the wheels and had to get new ones and gave me the wrong lugs. not that bad (it happens) untill tried to get the right ones and they kept blowing me off.

The reason I went to them was I got realy pissed at ORW for nickel and diming me on things (nothing in stock and charging me for shippint to there shop then not ordering all the parts and charging me for the reorder and the left out stuff) I have just not had good luck with a shop out here. where one go to get some decent customer service. Also I know this is asking a lot, but knowelgable staff???

should have went to discount tire. discount tire matched 4wheelsparts tire package and didn't have to pay the shipping that 4wp tried to charge me. not to mention discount tire has lifetime ballance and rotation.

I bought a 6" fabtech lift and 35" bfg mt's &wheels from them for my old '02 F150. I was very pleased with my purchase and my experience with 4wheelparts.
I did the install however, so I can't say anything about their shop.
I'll be wary now though. You don't get this many complaints for no reason.

I ordered my 6in fabtech from them over a month and a half ago. I only got half of my lift which was due to a backorder on fabtechs part, however nobody at 4wparts told me this when I ordered and now they just keep blowing me off. I called every day last week and every day was told they had to contact the warehouse and they'd call me back. Not one day did I get a call back. [email protected]$K those guys!
