Anyone here work or do business with 4wheelpartsonline cause they sent me the wrong lift and they are not being very helpful at all about gettting this problem fixed, I ordered my lift in december and they said they would send the postage in the mail for the lift to be sent back and then they would send the correct lift and here it is mid january and still no slip. i have called numerous times and they keep giving me the run around. I figure i spend almost 2 grand at a store and you would get alittle better service! So if anyone here works for 4wheelpartsonline or does business with them how about alittle more customer service! And where is my damn lift!!!!!!!

Unfortunately you are not the only one. Tell them you don't want the lift and you want your card refunded. If they don't do it, take it up with the credit card company. If they can't be bothered to pay for the wrong lift to be returned, sell it.

There are much better places to spend your money. Central 4WD, Summit Racing and PORC are three that come to mind right away.

thats normal for them. Not sure if this is true but i heard that if they send you the wrong item you are legally entitled to it and they still owe you your original item that was ordered. not sure how true it is but if so you can sell the wrong parts off and end up getting a free. lift. Anyways, most people here have had a bad experiance with4wpw. ive been lucky so far but i think i ordered from them only once or twice.

Good luck!!
Well, I think you would have to give the company a reasonable chance to come get the stuff. If it sits around forever and they make no effort to pick it up, then yeah, sell it, trash it, whatever. I don't think anyone is obligated to store junk they didn't buy.
