No on the 3rz's. As for the estimates, a lot of folks have said they use forward air.

Go to http://www.forwardair.com and get a quote for the smallest container they provide (which is like 44X46X64 or something) from Denver, CO to the nearest city to you they have listed. I'm betting to Dallas it will be about $250 maybe less. If you have a connection for shipping, I'd be glad to use it.
