To the best of my knowledge, you can run manual hubs with the Tuff Country lift. There was much discussion on the old board about it and I think that was the final verdict.ShowStop said:

I would not recommend a body lift unless you dont really go off-roading. I have seen too many people that have problems with large bodylifts. I just talked to a guy that was having serious problems with the spacers tearing through the sheet metal on his cab with a 3 inch bl. For street use, fine. I am close to a decision and heavily leaning to Fabtech... BUT, Donahoe in addition with a 3inch BL is my other choice... If there opinions on this combo vs the fabtech, I am all ears....
