I wanted to get the amsoil bypass filter and relocation kit and I wanted to know what the part number was for the one i should get. I also wanted to know what else I might need to get to completely install it.

I happen to be an AMSOIL dealer and fellow Tacoma owner, though I admit I haven't been on the boards since the software was updated -- perhaps that is why my account had to be renewed. Anyway, I have a kit on hand -- contact me privately for details, but I will offer you a 10% discount off retail.
