I have noticed a lot of products on eBay and official Toyota stores saying that they are compatible with "up to 2003" but they don't mention 2004s. I can't imagine that Toyota changed things for a model that was going away a year later. It's weird though. For example, I have never seen a TRD supercharger for 2004, only 2003. I'm glad you found one.

Yes, the 04 clutch is the same as the 03. You should get some more miles out of your stock clutch first, it would be a waste to up grade your clutch with such low miles. You should be able to smoke your clutch many more times before needing a new one.
I tow a 2000 lb trailer all the time with the stock clutch and only get slipage when I try to take off like the tractor pull racers. Buy water injection if you have some money to throw around.

S/C's are good up to 04, even the TRD catalog only said up to 03 though
