I've seen one person on here with these on an '02, but don't know of they had to grind or use spacers.

Prolly wont give you piece of mind, but they fit my 00' tundra w/o any rubbing

These purportedly fit a 2002. Based on the info I have (no personal experience) they should fit a 2004.
I'm going to try and find out if there were any changes to the calipers from 02 thru 04.
