I'm installing my locker this weekend and I want to double check what parts I need. I'm getting new axle seals, pinion seal and the shims. Anything else that I'm forgetting?

Are you also regearing?
Just wondering which of the 45-48 carrier shims you were you referring to?

I would also recommend getting 1 additional carrier bearing , That way you don't have to recycle your old one. - Spare pinion crush sleeve may not hurt eiither
