ARB vs. Demello
Can anyone tell me the pros and cons of ARB Bull Bars/ Demello frount bumpers, and what you would go with?

Bitch!!! Do you have to do everything backwards from what I do? Why are you that way? What is your problem anyway?
Why are you telling me this?
If you examine the frame rails you will find crumple zones built in to them after the bumper attach points. The stock bumper is not really a bumper at all but just so much trim and fascia. When I replaced my stock front bumper with something shall we say a lot more substantial, I was able to pick up the entire stock bumper, valence and all with my little pinkie. The stock bumper is not engineered to offer any protection whatsoever it's sole purpose is aesthetic.
