thanks Yeti it took some searching but i finally found how to measure for what shims i need in terms i could understand.Yeti said:I measured the angle the driveline was at and then set it on a ridge on the 3rd member that was parallel to the shaft coming out of it and then took the difference between the two angles, which was something like: driveline 18*; pinion 12* so a difference of 6* but then I split this in half becuase as you level one side the other side levels with it and it will only take half of the degree difference(sorry I dont always make sense... anyway its like 3 degrees and you want the fat part of the shim forward so it tips the front of the axle up.
