I think my rear axle breather is clogged as I am having some seal leaking problems even after I replaced the seals. How do I go about cleaning one or should I just buy a new one?

Is this something a regular auto store would have or is it a dealership item?

Take it off and try soaking it in some solvent, then apply a couple PSI of air or blow in it with your mouth to dry it and check if it works.
If that doesnt clean it you can buy a new one at Toyota, they were around $10 last year when I bought one.
