04 4x4 5spd s/c, urd, magnaflow, deckplate, amsoil, 2.2 pulley.?7psi?

what causes engine wear. heat and friction right? you cant really help to much with friction but what about the heat. with this set up should i get headers to help cool the engine and help with alittle horse or get the WI.
i would like to have my s/c truck for as long as posible. i have the water wetter and synthetics all around but is there anything else.

Headers will flow better but it's the combustion mix in the cylinders that will determine the amount of heat generated. Keeping it tuned properly is your best bet.
