I replaced my supercharger belt yesterday but as I was tightening the bolt, it snapped. I got the belt tight and seems to drive okay. It that adjustment bolt on the alternator or just there behind it. Its kinda in the bottom and back and its hard to tell. How hard would it be to put a new adjustment bolt on it?

You may have to cut the belt off to unload the adjustment bolt. It should not be too bad after the load is off of it.

There is no load on it now. If I loosen the Altinator, it will slide in enough to remove belt. the bolt snapped twords the back hole of altinator adjustment bolt. My question is, does a new altinator come with the adjustment or is attached to the truck somehow.
