getting setup for some new lights.whats going to work best a fog like he hella 550 or a driving light?the lights will be mounted about 6" lower than the roof line

back up light and a aux light for when camping.

just get something cheap for that then. Go to Walmart or something for those. They don't need to be brand name for aux lights. You can get a pair there for under $20

i picked some up from harbor freight for $7.99. Now I just need to finish my bumper and mount them :)

Well then in that case... You'll need a little adjustability...

How about the LiteForce units... Like my Striker 170's...



They are adjustable in pattern from pencil to flood in just a few turns of the housings...

Mount two of the Blitz 240's back there and you'll be able to kill off any tailgater within a mile...
Or drive as fast as that reverse gear will let you... LOL

Oh and those lights mounted behind the cab don't help you to see what the hell yer rolling back onto...

I'd mount lights in the rear on the bumper or on the rear bed rails...

If you need light in yer bed... get one of those utility lights...

get some cheap 4" floods.

Hella has some that are 55w H3s around $15/pr from 4Wparts
or get the sealed beam 35w lights from most any trucker supply place for around $10ea

I've tried fogs and these floods are tons better.
