hey guys i just got the new 5150 from bilstein but i went to put them on and the bolt wont go through the hole i have a trailmaster lift.do they put different bolts in there? its just to big for the bushing..any help thanx guys

did you get the right bushings? if they're like the 5100's they dont come with the right ones...you need the hourglass ones, i think 3/4"?

yes, you need the 3/4" bushings. adding a little grease to them helps slide them on ;)

4WPW usually stocks bunches of 'em (the hour-glass, 3/4" I.D. Energy Suspension bushings), so if you're close to one, you can get them there. (Well, at least the Dallas 4WPW store does - I've already bought 3 sets of them there over the years with no problem). Other 4x4 shops have been known to stock the Energy Suspension bushings as well.
