I'm going to change the brake fluid in my extended cab 4x4 Tacoma with ABS. Is this the correct order in which they need to be bled? RR, LR, RF, LF and then the LSPV? I have read that some vehicles with ABS need to have the ABS modulator cycled when flushing the brakes, does my Tacoma? :)

I'm fair certain that that is the correct order, except for the LSPV. Maybe something changed between years, I have a 1998, but I don't think you can bleed the LSPV directly, let alone need to.

And if you can splurge, I'd reccomend getting a power bleeder and a set of catch cans and just bleeding an entire axle at once. Goes a lot quicker.

As fair as actuating ABS, I've bled my whole system twice with a power bleeder, never actuated ABS and have no problems.
