In trying to remove my bumper I discovered a little problem.... I knew that the previous owner had hit somebody but I didn't realize it had done more damage than I thought. Where the bumper bolts on to the frame, the corner of the end of the frame was bent over the bolt to the point where I can't get a socket in there to remove the bolt. I've tried pounding but that is some thick steel. Should I:heat it and hammer it?? cut the bent part off?? The rest of the frame is ok... but Im not sure what to do to get that bolt off... Im open to suggestions.
thanks guys

I'd take a grinder w/a cut off wheel to it and just trim the part off so you can get the bolt out.
