I have a 20 pound CO2 Tank that I want to trade for a 10 pound, it's in good condition but it has not been certified in 5 years. Looking to trade for a 10 pound but will sell it for $70. I live in Anaheim and would be willing to meet someone half way.

Go to your local Bottle refill place, and exchange it. That is what I did.I traded and outdated 20lb for a new 15lb aluminum one. Charged. Go and talk to them, they should help you out.

I hope they will exchange a steal 20 pound tank for a 10 pound aluminum. By the way dose anyone know of a good place in Anaheim, CA to get CO2 filled.
