Come and join us on Saturday, April 23rd at the Pinnacles Staging Area, located north of Lake Arrowhead off of State Highway 173. We will be revamping the entire staging area. We will start work at 9:00am. There will be something for everyone to do – so bring the whole family. Just remember to wear appropriate clothes and bring gloves.

The staging area will be available for overnight camping for those of you who would like to make a weekend of it, and go wheeling on Sunday.

We will have a BBQ and a raffle after the project. Everyone is asked to bring a side dish for the BBQ and a donation for the raffle.

Hope to see you there.

If you have any questions contact Ginger Hughes at 626-962-3137 or e-mail [email protected]

o.0 I wonder if this means they are going to open that section of the forrest again!? I'll be there if I can!
If things with my trip to San Diego fall through, I will be there. I don't really know what they are doing to the staging area... I mean, it's just a big flat space.. Last time I snuck out there all the trails in that area seemed to be in tact, so I am at a bit of a loss as to what they are going to do.

From Ginger:

"We will be revamping the entire staging area: new paint, repairing tables,
BBQ's, signs, rest-rooms, drains, fences, illegal hill climbs, disguising a
water tank and 4x4 route restorations (Willow Creek Jeep Trail)."

"There will be something for everyone to do - so bring the family, work
clothes and gloves, and don't forget the BBQ and raffle."
whooooooooooooooooooooooo who!
