I usually buy rebuilt calipers but after checking the FSM it seems trivial. Is it really that easy to replace seals?

Not clear on how to get pistons out, they say remove all 4 piston clips but then remove one piston at a time using compressed air. I assume the compressed air is applied to the hydraulic input but then it seems if one comes out the others will not.Perhaps they mean repair one piston at a time?

Thanks for any tips, I saw some fluid leak last pad replace.

I replaced my calaper seals and dust boots recently. I'm not sure if there is a best time to replace them. I replaced mine because I wanted to keep the dirt and contaminates off the piston surface, since when the piston is pushed back into the bore they will be depositing themselves on the inner seal and possibly causing leaking or corrosion to the poston. It's a tricky job , but not difficult.
