I have a Can-Back and though I like how it looks, they have a lot to be desired in the customer service department. I ordered mine in late Aug and was told 8 weeks. Early Oct I was told it was ready to ship that week, but still didn't get it until nearly mid December. I got it installed on my truck, then realized the rear rail that attaches to the tailgate that the rear window snaps to was missing. I called them and they said it was back ordered from the fabricator that makes it for them. That was almost 3 months ago. Since then their website went down and I had not been able to get through on the phone until a couple weeks ago. I've been leaving messages every other day and I get no call back! In fact I called them about 10 mins ago and left another message!
