Hey guys,

I am seriously thinking about SASing my 2003 Taco this summer. I've searched around, but haven't found this exact info, and want to be positive before i get myself into something. I know the knuckles need to be rotated for the caster change. Is there any way to do this before putting it all in, or do you have to test fit everything then measure and have it done.

The reason I am asking is because my dad has an automotive shop with a frame machine and I could mount my truck to the frame machine while doing the swap if I can finish it over the weekend. The ensures the wheelbase is spot on and everything stays square.

I am probably going to use Bent-up's kit, a waggy axle, and the Rancho springs. Can someone recomend how much to rotate the knuckles, or again is it per truck.

Thanks guys,
Ryan

Also, will the knuckle rotation measure different if I used stock waggy springs versus the Ranchos. At the moment I'm really not sure how much lift I want to go with.

damnit DIck..stop talking about AJ that way...he is sitting at work and making bumpers...gosh:)

to answer this question...you want to shoot for 4-6 degrees of caster on the waggy axle....

bentups kits is nice and complete

but why spend 6k on your sas'ing your tacoma when you can buy a badass trailrig and not care about trail damage instead?

Front Range- I noticed you have a sas swap kit also. If I couple that with your Crossmember and steering set-up, thats looks pretty bad ass. But will your sas kit work with a D44, or is it made specifically for the front 8 inch you all offer.

Thanks,
Ryan
