changing headlight bulb on 95 2.7L

ok i know this is a newb question, but there has to be an easy way to change the headlight bulb other then taking apart the front end. thank you for any help!

there should be plenty of instructions in your manual, look under do it your self maintenance.

Just remove the rubber boot from the back of the headlight to get access to the bulb - I believe it should just twist to unlock.

If you want to replace the entire headlight, then yes, you will need to remove the front end (side lights and grill).

Not on a 95 unless you've swapped to the Hella conversions or something.

No there isn't which is why it's best to get some of the Hella H4 conversions when you take it apart so you won't have to go though that rigamarole again. They have a better beam pattern anyway.

Yeah, I just removed the 4 screws on the metal frame that holds the lamp in then sneaked the lamp out past the grill. Its a little tricky but possible. Biggest issue is not losing those little screws.

Moving this thread to the appropriate folder.
