Check engine light came on after tires and lift?

I just got my tires and lift on about two days ago and today while i was driving i noticed my check engine light came on...does this have anything to do with the tires or is this just coincidence? they are 33x12.50 and i have not regeared yet...did anyone else have this problem after new tires?

shouldnt make it come on. go to autozone and get it checked for free.
