Mike came up from Utah today to get his Moab 2.0 front bumper installed on his 2012 and while he was here he just couldn't resist the bolt on rock sliders so we installed a pair of those as well!

The Jurassic Raptor is back in the states from Mexico and came by the shop for a suspension look over and tune up. This Ford F-150 SVT Raptor has some awesome flex thanks to ICON Vehicle Dynamics and Deaver Suspension Inc!

Another 2013 Tacoma now has rocker protection with CBI Offroad rock sliders with kickouts.

Started working on some custom mods for this 5th Gen. 4Runner. We started by fabricating a custom rear bumper. Next we will be adding an auxiliary fuel cell for those extra long back country expeditions. Should be a great build for an awesome rig.

How about this beautiful 1st generation Tacoma sporting a newly installed Outback 1.0 rear bumper by CBI Offroad!

The local county Weed Department came to us again this year with a brand new Ford F-150 that needed some custom fabrication. They wanted a grill guard that would actually hold up to abuse and an integrated winch mount behind the bumper. The final product will definitely take a hit and the integrated winch mount behind the factory bumper is super clean!

This is what we love to see here at CBI. We just finished this 5th gen last week and the customer immediately went and tested out the new bumper and skid. You've gotta love it!

An LS motor may be the next upgrade we do for this customer but for this go around we are mounting up new coilover shocks and we will also be attaching the roll cage to the frame (this was not done by the original builder), along with a few other miscellaneous repairs. Should be a fun project!

Nothing but the word "CUSTOM" describes this 5th generation Toyota 4Runner that got the royal treatment at CBI Offroad Fab headquarters! The final product was a completely custom rear bumper and tire carrier along with a very unique auxiliary fuel tank that we custom fit for this particular application.

We can't take all of the credit however on this project as the customer was extremely well prepared in conveying his ideas and patient as we transformed them into the final product!

We all love Joel at CBI Offroad Fab. This is the second full build that we have done for him. This time our canvas was a 2010 Tundra. The customer had just picked up his new Phoenix Pop Up Campers and stopped by the shop for the install of his custom rear bumper and tire carrier.

The rear bumper incorporates 4" round backup lights, LED license plate lights, hi-lift jacking point, swing away tire carrier with ability to hold 37" tire, double jerry can holder, propane tank holder and "piss can" holder, fold down table, and a custom integrated shovel and ax mount. All in all it turned out to be a stellar combination!

It didn't end there however because he ended up buying one of our employees custom built front bumpers as well with integrated Rigid Industries - LED Lighting duallies up front!

Fresh off another Jeep JK bumper install this afternoon. A local weld QC inspector came straight to CBI Offroad Fab for quality he could depend on! We installed our mid-width bumper along with a Smittybilt XRC 8 Comp winch with synthetic winch line and of course Rigid Industries - LED Lighting Dually's! For custom features this bumper includes tow points built into the bumper so that it can be towed behind this customer's motor home!

These sliders are stout. They are built to withstand carrying the weight of the vehicle over rocks and other obstacles. Or to be used as a lift point. Here is a pic of this truck being lifted from the sliders.

CBI Full Width JK Bumper hard at work on the Rubicon Trail. One of our customers sent in this photo. They spent the day on the Rubicon Trail doing some trail maintenance. They removed an old culvert and did a little water drainage work.
Thanks for your help in keeping our trails nice and maintained.

We had a customer bring in a shock relocation kit that we welded up and installed for him. Here are some pics of the install.
