I have a 2002 chevy s10 4.3L vortec, so I've replaced so far the fuel pump, fuel filter, distributor cap & rotor, spark plugs, new fluids (coolant, oil, transmission) replaced the crankshaft sensor, temperature sensor, and this is the issue I'm still having, while driving my truck & accelerating it backfires & a loud gunshot sound comes from my exhaust when I hit the gas pedal, and while driving the truck will boggle & like a rocking back & forth motion while driving, it won't accelerate fast, I can't floor it, and when I do it'll just Rev up with a loud popping sound, I have codes relating the camshaft sensors and malfunction indicator lamp, but don't see those causing the really rough issues the truck is having, and when checking my catalytic converter it doesn't sound clogged or damaged, any suggestions? 😒
