now chop up everything.
veggies and hot links - less than 1 inch cubes
beef - 1 to 2 inch cubes
mince garlic

so heat up a large pot and sautee the garlic and onions (season with salt and pepper) with some olive oil (or whatever you have) till they are translucent, then add your peppers.

once the veggies are nice and cooked, add your beef and 1/2 your seasonings. and cook till all the pieces are browned. then add your hot links and 2 cans of chopped tomatoes with juice. mix it up real good.

add half a cup of beef broth and let simmer.

once it comes to a nice thick viscosity you can add the rest of your seasonings to how you like it.

Do you cook it all and then transfer it to a crock pot/slow cooker?
sautee all the veggies on medium to high heat, add the beef and let all the cubes brown, then add everything else and bring to a slow simmer. a slow cooker would work nice also. just sautee and cook all the veggies and meats then transfer.
