Depending on the shop, you are looking at $350-500 in parts and $750-900 in labor. I do clutch work on the side if you happen to live in the Los Angeles area.
SS, What are your thoughts on replacing the throwout bearing for the first time at 225K miles, now on second clutch, first clutch done at 150K miles w/ AISIN kit and flywheel was resurfaced per my notes. I didn't replace the throwout. Now at 225K miles so clutch due sometime soon.
No signs of leaks.

You didn't replace the throwout during the clutch install? That is the hardest working bearing in the clutch assembly. Change it!
I misspoke. I didn't replace the rear main seal.
Throwout was replaced.
What are your thoughts on replacing the RMS for the first time at 250K miles if it's not leaking?

If you are in there, do it. Now is the time. Its a $30 seal, but you have to do all the same work as a clutch replacement to get to it. Look up my write-up on changing it. Make sure to do it right or your new seal will possibly leak.
