Coil -overs and spacers?

Is there any out there that is running a combo of coil-overs and spacers?Was wondering also how is the flex and the lift?I know if this is possible I will need to get upper A-arms to help out the flex.Please let me know what kind of wheeling you do also and pics if possible.sorry to be so demanding
