Which Coilover is best for absorbing shock on road through pits and speedbumps, and isnt too smooshy of a ride. I dont really want to spend the money on hoes or camburg because i am all street.

Of the ones you have listed, Sway-A-Way are probably the highest quality. I am extremely happy with mine. I don't know if I'd say they smoothed out the smaller stuff all that much, but they eat up the bigger bumps at higher speeds way better than stock TRD. Ride is stiffer, but better. Fabtech is another choice that is very similar to the SAWs and probably a better quality than the others you have listed. I recently pointed out on another post that a quality leafpack and shocks in the rear will give a more noticable ride improvement on the road than the various coilovers will on the front. For a pure street queen, I'd get the least expensive CO in the front (still an improvement over stock) and Deaver leafpacks in the rear. Another option for you might be a full OME suspension. I think you can pick the full package up for about the same price as a pair of new SAWs.

Of the kits you have listed we are definately the best. We offer a 2" dia. bolt in kit which retails for $699.99, this wouyld be ideal for you application as it will give you the lift you need, offer a dramatic improvement over the stock handling and is a less expensive alternative to the $950 2.5" coil-overs. If you were to really use your truck hard and beat it in the desert I would suggest a 2.5" dia. coil-over for sure. You have a few more options on this size shock such as Camburg, Donahoe, & Fabtech Dirt Logic, all 3 are the highest quality coil-overs on the market today. They each have their differances but are similar in performance and quality. What it comes down to is price, customer service, and what shock appeals to you. If you have any other questions please feel free to email me [email protected], I will be glad to get more in depth on all of the options you have.
