I am going to cut my bedsides, but I like my flares and want to keep them. I have searched and searched and I know this topic has been beat to death so can someone point me in the right direction?
Every thread I have read says that you have to ditch the flares if you trim, but I know I have seen the flares still on cut beds. I even thought to see of the wheel well openings are the same radius for the front and back, and seeing if reversing the front flares would work on the rear openings after the fenders had been cut...I'll have to check in the morning but in the meantime Can someone help me out?
Here is a pic of someones truck with what looks like flares to me..

Thanks..Both of your trucks are Badass...I will be making a bumper like Tacocrazy's. I thought that the flares could be left on there after cutting, but as I got to looking around, all I could find were posts about removing flares and filling the holes etc.... thanks again, I can't wait until this weekend so I can get out the :saw:
