I heard some guys at work talking about how they cut their friend's sway bar with a hack saw. I'm wondering, what benefit does this give the truck? I am thinking that if the engineers decided that a sway bar was necessary, why cut it? I could not gather from their conversation why this was done and didn't want to be nosey.
i wouldnt take it off if u do a lot of highway driving, not only does it lean more, but that also stresses ur springs more. but off road u can get like 2 - 3 inches of more flex supposively, i just unbolt it at the links and it works for me
