What are the dimensions for that, b/c I don't think that I have that much room back there, how do you get that to fit?

It will fit You will need to remove the plastic seatback and the jack mount hardware for it to fit on the passenger side, or both seatbacks for it to fit on the drivers side (60/40 seats).

About 5 inches deep on bottom and 3.5 on top.
