are you going to home out the inside of the spindle to fit the 35 splines axle shaft? i just run 30 spline chromo's out back instead or stock 35 spliners or chromo's. i picked up a few spare rear shafts for 20 bucks a pair so if i break a shaft its an easy and cheap fix.

I'm going to have to have my spindles bored out substaintually to fit the 1.5" 35 spline shafts. I have two options find a machine shop with a lathe big enough to put an entire axle on or cut my spindles off and send them to a guy on the POR board and weld them back on.

I would really prefer the first method that way I dont have mess with making/buying a jig but my search for a machine shop with a lathe that big has had no results so far. Im going to check with Wagoner Machine Shop tomorrow.

Is there any other way to do this that you guys know of? I have tried a honer, needless to say after about a hour it only took off 0.001" and going from 1.375" id to 1.625" would take about 250 hours per spindle. Not something I want to do .
heres a thread on pirate about it.
