Has anyone here done it? I was looking at my airbox and am now wondering where a 4" deckplate would fit. Anyone have pictures? Maybe I should just go with removing the elbow....?
Thanks

yeah its a little more difficult since the 2.7's airbox isnt flat on any side. i just cut out a complete side since i never mess around in deep stuff.

Well i dunno if i would go and cut the whole side off... thats pretty perminante... I did the deckplate with the 4 cyl and the only difference is you can put enough sealant to cover the gaps or you can just not seal it... but its still a lot more protection with the plate in and not sealed then the whole side cut off... i would not suggest this...
