Towing

I know this bumper's hitch isn't rated for towing. However those that have this bumper, how would you feel towing behind it? Since I have a shell I know have to carry my dirt bike around with one of these.

Would you feel safe driving on the hwy and fire roads with this behind you. I'm going to over estimate and say there would be something like 800 ftlbs of moment on the hitch.

It does fine:
The thing is so stout (like all of Demello's stuff) you could tow a tank with it.
Yeah its more then likely that the frame will snap befor the bumper does. :D

Yeah, I only suggested that because I have carried a few hundred lbs of crap on a hitch carrier before, both with and without frame plates(from demello) and I could tell a difference when it comes to frame flexing. Without frame plating, my truck felt like a diving board flexing like crazy at every bump on the highway. With plating it still felt like a diving board, but a more stiff one(same weight). So if he plans on carrying a bike in the back like that, I(and I'm sure demello) will suggest to plate the frames. But I agree, ask Demello about that.
