Drive Shafts

How often do you guy grease your drive shaft or drive shafts for those w/ 4wd. I am about to make a trip to Disney World from Jackson MS then back (Honeymoon trip) and just want to take a preventive measures to ensure a good trip I already changed the oil and checked all fluid levels.

Every oil change, and after every off-road trip, especially if it was muddy or dusty.
