Anyone know a good way to hep pinpoint a vacuum leak other than just a visual inspection on all the hoses?

Put the truck in a large vacuum chamber and listen for the hiss. It will be very quiet in the chamber and the air will come out of the leak instead of go into it.

Spray carburator cleaner around the hoses and intake system. Starting fluid has a very low flash point and can sometimes be very volitile.

Can you give us one good reason why you would make a dumbassed post like this?
A) He's retarded. I guess you can't really pick on people for being retarded since it's not their fault.

B) He's on drugs. Drugs 'r bad mmmmmmkay?

C) He thinks it's funny and doesn't realize it's retarded.

I hope this dude isn't part of the NorCal chapter and I have to actually deal with him in person out on the trail....
