Man thats disappointing...

Wouldn't northwest have built (or had built) something a bit more useful than that. 6 shock on the rear of a 79...horrible.

Hory Cow!

Look at the 4th picture from the left on the top row of pictures. The front suspension. Holy crackhead lift blocks batman! Blocks on the back suspension are bad enough but blocks on the front, that is just not smart.
Heck I got IFS and I know that. :rolleyes:

In the same picture you can see that the front u-bolts aren't flipped and the u-bolt plate on the passenger side is also bending.

I woundn't even wheel that thing through the sandbox at the old-school Hardee's playground.

You have to remember this is a "show truck" and was built 20 years ago. Multiple shocks, traction lifts, chrome leaf springs, chrome frames, was all the rage on the show truck scene back then. Sadly, most of it still is.
