Before anyone starts in, been googling all morning and can't seem to find my answer. I got a used elocker, the actuator was bad. I ended up JB welding the hole in the backing plate and JB welding the magnets. Long story short, I go to reinstall it and the worm gear is not moving much. Just 1/4 turn when I hit my switch. It moves the same direction wether I hit my switch up or down.

This is the switch and exactly the same wiring.

I took the housing that has the magnets in it off to see if it was binding and it all looks okay. the worm gear shaft spins nicely with the magnets off. I'm wondering if when I regaled the magnets they are now to close to the worm gear?
