so after receiving the p1135 code a bunch i bought the bullet to change out my front 02 sensor. Why in the world do the bolts on the exhaust have to be such a pain? must be the heat. well i hit them w/ some pb and the first one came out. the next on sheered off, since i do not have a die set there was no way for me to get it out.

Question: i put the new 02 sensor in and one crappy bolt, tightened it down for as much as a trust a crappy bolt. anyone run these things w/ one bolt for a while??

hopefully i will get some new bolts and get the sheered one out soon. the only comforting part it was flush w/ the flange where it sheered. so the new sensor is seated flush.

Had the same thing happen to me with an EGR valve on my mazda....I ran my EGR with one bolt (instead of 2) and a bunch of RTV sealant on there, it was okay...
