I have two exhaust leaks. One is where the pass manifold connects to the Y-pipe and one where the y-pipe connects to the first cat. What are the chances that I just have a couple of bad gaskets at these connections? How hard to replace?

FYI: '02 Double Cab 3.4L 4WD
